In the eighteenth edition of DepCoS-RELCOMEX, we are expanding the conference scope towards the application of computer techniques and technologies in medicine and health care. Payment


The registration fee is 810 EUR (including 3-day accommodation with full board in the Brunów Palace, admission to all events and one paper copy of the proceedings).

Participants who have taken part in previous DepCoS conferences are eligible for a discount of 20, 35 or 50 EUR depending on the number of events they have attended (3, 4, 5 and 6 or more).

Dla uczestników z Polski opłata podstawowa wynosi 3800 PLN. Opłaty zniżkowe dla Osób, które już uczestniczyły w poprzednich edycjach konferencji:
trzykrotnie - 3710 PLN, czterokrotnie - 3640 PLN, pięciokrotnie i większą liczbę razy - 3570 PLN.

Please remember that one conference fee covers one paper in the Proceedings. An author who has submitted more than one paper has to pay additional costs of 275 EUR for each next paper, unless a co-author has already paid the full registration fee. We can also agree on from 1 to 4 extra pages in your paper. Each extra page costs 55 EUR.

The Conference will take place in Brunow Palace (http://www.brunow.pl) – a fine example of XIXth century classicism architecture of Lower Silesia and, at the same time, an exceptional place to visit and spend time well. Brunow Palace has the spa facilities which include recreational swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna in 3 variations (Finnish style, steam and infrared).

Bus transport


The conference offers the bus transport from Wroclaw to Brunów on Monday, July 3rd and from Brunów to Wrocław on Thursday, July 6th.

  • The Conference coach starts from C-1 building of Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, 11-17 Janiszewskiego Street, Wrocław at 16:00 (on 3.07). The meeting point is in front of C-1 building, a person with DEPCOS board will be waiting for participants in front of C-1 buliding.
  • The next and final bus stop in Wroclaw is at the Main Railway Station. The conference coach will be available at the Main Railway Station at 16:30. The meeting point is at the entrance of the Main Railway Station, on the side of Sucha Street. A person holding a DEPCOS sign will be waiting for participants at this location. The same person will escort the participants to the parking area where the conference coach will be waiting.
  • The bus will leave Brunów on Thursday, July 6th, at 15:00 and is expected in Wrocław around 17:00-17:30.
